After you place your order, we will get ready and ship your package in 48 hours. You'll receive tracking information via SMS text and/or e-mail. All shipments are insured. will replace your order if your package get lost or damaged during shipment.

• Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS or DHL,  is not liable for lost packages. We can gladly open a claim with said carrier and pending a future investigation, our Customer Service team will decide whether we’ll replace/refund the order or not.
